The notebook tab for them is labeled “Moments” and this tab will only appear for magnetic phases. They operate only on the magnetic moments for atoms. This restraint requires inclusion of two or more magnetic atoms and restraints the included atoms to all have the same moment magnitude, independent of spin direction. This is what would be expected, as the spin magnitude is dictated by the atom type and should not vary due to the site. The target value is the mean moment magnitude and cannot be edited.
